Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy,which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@mimofpet.com. We will respond to your return request within 24-48 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you wish to exchange a product due to reasons unrelated to product defects or errors on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange process. Please note that any additional shipping fees for the replacement item may also apply. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return shipment to ensure its safe arrival.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too(The process will be completed within 30 business days).
All returns are inspected upon receipt. The inspection process is expected to take 2-5 business days. Once we receive your return and complete inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited to your payment account within 2 business days after the inspection is completed(The refund does not include shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase). If your return does not pass our returns inspection, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee, or you may not be eligible for a refund at all.
In the case of a return or exchange, the postage for the item to be mailed back to the company is paid by the customer.
Return fees
Customers do not need to pay restocking fees. When the product is defective, shipped incorrectly, damaged in transit or otherwise defective, the cost of mailing to mimofpet is the responsibility of the customer. Requests for refunds on return shipping costs without a valid return receipt will not be accepted. When a refund is made, a full refund will be made except for shipping costs.
